Important social capital increase for RayTalk Industries s.r.l.

Our group continuous growing and consolidation, have assured a reinforcement inside it, not only with the inclusion of new extremely professional figures in different strategic departments, but also with an important social capital increase, leading it from € 311.800,00 to around 1 Million €, and more precisely concerning RayTalk Industries s.r.l. from € 25.800,00 to € 440.000,00.

The soundness guarantee of the group is fundamental to assure the investments continuity, aimed to support the market, activities of research and development, and technological innovation necessary to give dynamic and stimulating supply to our partners. Partners who always support us for years, and that we want to be winning with their own skills and with our technologies and commercial, technical, planning and assistance support.

The capital increase operation is directed to favour the innovative projects development and growth for the realization of an assembly line in the San Marino site, for the management of applied research activities, the achievement of new apparatus and networks experimentation projects and the realization of a new measurement and testing center.

This, in order to follow with great flexibility and best scheduled timing, the products personalizations, realized or integrated on specific customers demands and needs.
