The Warranty of this product is ruled by the following conditions:
1. With "warranty" is intended the reparation or the free-of-charge replacement of parts and components of the equipment which are recognised as faulty: RayTalk Industries S.r.l. reserve the right to replace, under it's arbitrariness, the product Free Of Charge.
2. The product you purchased is covered by a 24 month warranty starting from the date of purchase. The date of purchase must be proved through a valid document of purchase like an invoice or bill, essential for the validity of the warranty.
3. In order to validate the warranty of your product you must fill in each part of the Activation Warranty Form and the Warranty Card (sign where required for acceptance of the terms). Send the Activation Warranty Form to the factory within 15 days from the purchase date. The date of the stamp will be kept as reference for your shipment. If the Activation Warranty Form will not be received within the required period, the Warranty will be considered as NOT VALID. If the Activation Warranty Form or the Warranty Card are not fully filled in, the Warranty will be considered NOT VALID.
4. In order to contact the technical support please connect to www.raytalk.com – English- Support and fill up the form for technical assistance, or simply send an e-mail to: techsupport@raytalk.com, indicating as subject the model name of the product and describing the found problem. The RayTalk’s Assistaince Dept. will establish if the item needs to be repaired. In that case RayTalk Industries will value a possible RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).
5. The shipment costs of the device under Warranty to and from the RayTalk’s Assistaince Dept.will be charged to the client.
6. The device must be repaired only by the main RayTalk’s Assistaince Dept. located in Via Nicolino di Galasso 19 - 47899 Galazzano - Repubblica di San Marino, which is able to accept and return to the sender the devices all over the world by express courier service. In that case if you wish to send the device to the RayTalk Industries for assistaince, please inform us calling +379 549 901170, sending a fax to +378 549 900890 or sending an e-mail to: techsupport@raytalk.com. If you choise the RayTalk’s conventioned courier courier, the there and back carriage expenses will be debit to you with the conventional rate that can be verified in advance throught our staff. Othervise it is possible to use any other carrier or alternative kind of carriage, it being understood that the expensens will be charged to the client as settled in point 5.
7. Are not covered by the Warranty all aesthetic and external parts like knobs, removable or subject to fretting parts, damages due tocarelessness and/or accidental happenings (concussions, falls, incidents,carriage damages and so on) wrong installation or illegitimate use not conforming to the instructions given in the user manual or to the directives that refers to the indoor or outdoor use. The damages caused by the indoor and outdoor natural agents (like atmospheric conditions, lightning strikes, over voltage, over current, electric discharges, electromagnetic radius, voltage jolt, insufficient or irregular electric supply or anyway caused by external agents unconnected with the ordinary functioning of the device, etc.). Moreover are not covered by Warranty all electric and electronic parts damaged by carelessness durig the use, by not authorized repairs, as a result of bad carriage or of repairs effected without due caution and/or by circumstances of no manufacturing defect. Are not covered by Warranty rechargeable and storage batteries, the battery chargers and the power suppliers. The use of power suppliers, batteries, battery charges and transformers different from the supplied ones annules the Warranty and may cause the device malfunctioning.
8. The Warranty will be not valid after repair of not personel and in case of not entire warranty seal/sticker.
9. The Warranty cannot be extended after damage.
10. La garanzia non prevede assistenze in loco, in nessun caso e per nessun motivo, siano esse atte a risolvere problematiche legate a software e/o sistema operativo, hardware e/o software di terze parti, coperture radio di qualsiasi natura e/o errata installazione apparati.
11. Is excluded the reimbursement for any direct or indirect damage. RayTalk Industries does not assume the responsability for possible damages to people, animals or things caused from the product, also for any damage caused by a partial or total ineficiency period of the same, by the missing use of the device during its repair, loss of working time, loss of business and other general working inconveniences.
12. In case of the device shippment to the head assistaince department, it is neccerssary to enclose the fully filled in Warranty card and the description of the notised fault and/or malfunctioning. Moreover must be enclosed the original proof of purchase (delivery note, invoice, etc.) with the reseller signature and stamp.
13. For any dispute the the warranty terms are governed and interpreted in accordance to the Law of San Marino.
