RB-210 Firmware version
RayTalk RB-210 is sold with 2 firmware versions which enable the Access Point or the Client Bridge/CPE function. Usually the two firmware versions are furnished on CD-ROM included in the pack.

RB-210 Access Point Version
RayTalk RB-210 is a native Indoor multistandard Wi-Fi/HiperLan Access Point created for working as universal wireless access point toward Wi-Fi clients in IEEE802.11abg standard.
The RB-210 multistandard Radio Module works indifferently at 2,4GHz in Wi-Fi (IEEE802.11b/g) standard or at 5GHz in HiperLan (IEEE802.11a/h) modality with TPC and DFS.
The device supports a 54Mbps (802.11g, HiperLan) Bitrate standard and up to 108Mbps in proprietary mode (depend on the Client chipset: SuperMode802.11g, TurboMode 802.11a only FCC) The device supports an Extend Range radio modality for increasing of the wireless covering performances.
RayTalk RB-210 can work in two modes:
1) Wireless Access Point
2) Access Point with Wireless Distribution System (WDS) RB-210 Client Bridge/CPE Version

The present document describes the functions and refers to the enabled features using the CPE Firmware.
RayTalk RA-210 is a native Indoor multistandard Wi-Fi/HiperLan CPE created for working as universal wireless CPE in IEEE802.11abg/h standard for ADSL Wireless Last Mile Applications.
The RB-210 multistandard Radio Module works indifferently at 2,4GHz in Wi-Fi (IEEE802.11b/g) standard or at 5GHz in HiperLan (IEEE802.11a/h) modality with TPC and DFS.
The device features one detachable Dual Band Sprinter Antenna and one Internal Dual Band PCB Diversity Antenna. The device supports a 54Mbps (802.11g, HiperLan) Bitrate standard and up to 108Mbps in proprietary mode (depend on the Client chipset: SuperMode802.11g, TurboMode 802.11a only FCC).
The device supports an Extend Range radio modality for increasing of the wireless covering performances.
